Terms of use
Last updated 2026-08-02
These terms govern access to and use of the your institution learning platform. Using the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms.
1. Access
Access is restricted to members of your institution holding an account issued by the institution. Credentials are personal: you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for actions carried out from your account.
2. Expected use
In using the platform, you undertake to:
- upload only content related to your academic activity;
- respect the copyright attached to course materials, which may not be redistributed outside the institution without authorisation;
- make no attempt to access data not intended for you;
- use messaging and club spaces with respect for others.
3. Academic integrity
The AI teacher is an explanatory tool: it is designed to guide your reasoning, not to produce work on your behalf. Having an AI tool write a graded assignment falls under the institution's academic misconduct rules. Generated quizzes are practice exercises and do not affect your grades.
AI answers are grounded in course documents but may contain errors: they do not replace your materials or your teacher.
4. Availability
The institution endeavours to maintain continuity of service but cannot guarantee it. AI features depend on a third-party provider and may be unavailable or limited; a daily per-account usage quota applies.
5. Suspension
The institution may suspend an account in the event of use contrary to these terms or to the institution's internal rules.
6. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
