Frequently asked
The answers before the demo.
What school leaders ask us most often, and what we answer. If your question is not here, write to us: we reply within one working day.
The product
5 questionsYes. EFAIX supports semesters, modules, coefficient weighting, ECTS credits, and retakes according to your school's rules.
The platform brings together courses and materials, assignments, marks, attendance, evaluations, the academic calendar, AI, campus life, and productivity tools.
Yes. Scales, coefficients, and the rules for passing and retaking follow your institution's own. A subject with missing marks is flagged as incomplete rather than averaged on what is missing.
One class, thirty minds, one single test. Adaptive assessment ties each question to the concept it tests, then measures mastery concept by concept. The teacher sees what each student has grasped, and which gaps the class shares.
No. When marking, the AI proposes a score based on the teacher's own scale and shows where the mistake is; the teacher validates. No mark reaches students or families without that approval.
Getting started
3 questionsDiscovery, workspace setup, the initial import, and go-live are designed to be prepared in a few days. The final timeline depends on your school's scope.
They are carried over. The initial import is part of getting started: students, classes, subjects, coefficients, and mark history, based on what you can hand us. A pilot on a limited scope lets you check the import before opening to the whole institution.
Training is planned by role at go-live: management, the registrar's office, teachers, and finance do not use the same screens. A platform worth using does not need re-explaining every school year.
Data and privacy
2 questionsA student sees their own class, never anyone else's. A parent sees their own children, and nothing beyond. A teacher sees their classes, subjects, and sessions. An administrator sees their institution, and only theirs.
Yes. Each institution has its own workspace and no data crosses from one to another. The rule lives in the database itself, not in a display setting that could be worked around.
Offer and support
4 questionsThree. Standard access is the platform as it stands, with your classes and your users. Customisation adds your grading rules, your official documents, and your visual identity. Bespoke development builds screens for a need specific to your institution, delivered in stages.
You send us your statement of needs, with your priorities. We reply with a proposal detailing, for each need, the solution that answers it, its scope, and its timeline. That is the third step of our method.
Yes. The interface exists in French, English, and Arabic, with right-to-left reading for Arabic.
Ask for a demo: twenty to thirty minutes, with no sales pitch, where we start by listening to how you work. We reply within one working day, and your address is used only for that reply.
